The club is for senior people and those who stay at home during the day.  The group begins with a Bible discovery session at 12.30pm which usually takes the form of a bible talk followed by discussion. This is followed by an hour’s exercise class (cost £2.50). People are welcome to come to one or both parts of the session.  Simply come to the side entrance of the hall.  All are welcome.
