Cost
The cost of hiring the hall and additional facilities is competitive and there are discounts for regular bookings.
A deposit is required at the time of booking. This will be refunded after the hire provided that no damage has been caused and the conditions of hire have not been breached by the hirer. Payment of the deposit and for the cost of hire is required no less than four working days before the hire period.
Availability
The availability of the Hall for hire depends on existing regular bookings and staff cover.
We have some availability on weekday evenings and Saturday bookings are also limited.
The hall is not free on Sundays nor after 10:30pm on any day (8pm for one-off bookings).
Conditions of Hire
The basic conditions are as follows:
- Own cleaning is required
- Alcohol is not permitted.
- Stiletto heels are not permitted without protective caps.
- Hirers must abide by our Safeguarding Policies to protect children and vulnerable adults.
- The purpose of hire and activities involved must not conflict with the beliefs or practices of the Christian faith.
